    TRAC Associates

    We assist job seekers in finding & keeping employment, and the supports & resources needed for stability & sustainability.

    Through partnering with community agencies and leveraging funding sources, our Employment Case Managers use a trauma-informed, person-centered wraparound approach to assisting our vulnerable and valuable community members , historically underserved and economically challenged.

    Our employment programs are designed to assist people experiencing employment challenges such as homelessness, poverty, behavioral health diagnoses, disadvantageous & disabling conditions, long term unemployed, low English proficiency, obtaining childcare, domestic violence survival, and many other issues and barriers.

    Our FREE Employment programs for Job Seekers include:

    AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT WA STATE: 

    Supported Employment - Vulnerable Populations, people with Substance Use Disorder & Mental Health diagnoses, people in Recovery - funded by Foundational Community Support / Medicaid

    Ticket To Work - SSI / SSDI recipients - funded by Social Security Administration

    KING COUNTY PROGRAMS:

    *Also Available in Pierce & Snohomish Counties

    TRAC to Work - Homeless Employment Program - Streets To Home / JobsConnect, in partnership with Muslim Housing Services - providing housing assistance to ALL people experiencing homelessness - funded by United Way of King County

    BFET*- Basic Food, Employment & Training - for people receiving food benefits - funded by DSHS

    ORIA* - Office of Refugee & Immigrant Assistance - funded by DSHS

    WIOA - Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act; Unemployed adults, Dislocated workers, Seniors & Caregivers - funded by Department of Labor

    CLEVER - Career Ladder for Educated and Vocationally Experienced Refugees

    Healthcare Workforce for the Future* - funded by Workforce Development Council

    Community Jobs* - TANF recipients - funded by DSHS

    Through these programs we can assist:

    • People at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness
    • People ages 16+
    • People receiving ABD, SSI or SSDI (disability benefits)
    • People in recovery or treatment for Substance Use Disorder
    • People receiving or eligible to receive mental health treatment / care

    • People who need additional education, training or certification for their goals
