    Spectrum Works innovative workforce development model provides job training and employment to high school students and young adults with autism while simultaneously building inclusive workforces for corporations. Spectrum Works partners with companies to integrate high school students and young adults with autism into their workforce. The program prepares young people for entry level jobs that meet the needs of corporate partners and creates a path to success for employees with autism. Three partner companies have implemented our program (Rent the Runway, Green Distribution, and FM), hundreds of individuals with autism have been through the program, more than fifteen schools have participated, and we are now in a position to take the model nationwide.
