Center Psychotherapy

Center Psychotherapy is a thriving group practice focusing on trauma healing and recovery for adults, teens, and families. We are committed to providing quality and expert treatment using a humanist, client-centered approach to therapy. Our Clinicians recognize that successful treatment varies with individual needs, strengths, and personal client preferences. We strive to work with our clients to develop treatment plans and therapeutic interventions that recognize their strengths, not just symptom expression. 

Center Psychotherapy expanded to a group practice in 2019 to meet the demand for providing high-quality trauma treatment services while also offering a supportive and collaborative learning environment for clinicians. Center Psychotherapy is a mission-based practice that stands for justice, equity, and inclusion, and encourages continual growth and development of all its staff members. We strive to ensure all of our clinicians are culturally competent and incorporate a cultural lens into treatment with clients.

Located in Arlington and Winchester, we currently have 11 therapists on our Clinical team and comprehensive administrative support.
