Empowered By You (EBY) is a fashion-based social enterprise that is committed to paradigm shifts and to seeing things differently. Traditionally disempowering phrases like "my mistakes" and "one night stands" are turned on their head - creating powerful statements that resonate with women around the world. At EBY, lingerie is seen as inner armor for outer empowerment. We believe that every woman should be able to harness this same sense of liberation, no matter the source. A confident woman in "Empowered By You" undergarments enables an underprivileged woman to spearhead her own business and rise out of poverty via microfinance. Overall, our goal is to contribute 1 million dollars to microfinance by 2015.
