Sample Supports is a State-approved agency that serves persons with developmental disabilities. We provide comprehensive services in need of residential placements, independent living supports, behavioral supports and day programming. Our agency specializes in providing supports to persons with dual diagnoses that have mental health concerns in addition to their developmental disability. We provide intensive behavioral supports and integrated treatment plans to ensure that our clients can be supported in their communities. We promote social and community integration while building a social network and overall positive life skills.
