ABOUT X GENESIS

X Genesis is a startup studio uniquely focused on helping experienced entrepreneurs launch ventures at the intersection of impact and ROI. We surround our entrepreneurs with a powerful catalytic community composed of subject matter experts and startup specialists to vastly accelerate their learning process as they explore and pursue new opportunities in health, water, climate, learning, work, and beyond. We’re building a team of inspired, imaginative, and skilled individuals to join us on the journey.

OUR VISION AND VALUES

Our shared values provide the foundation for the value we create in the world, and underpin our vision of empowering entrepreneurs to tackle the world’s biggest problems. Our values include staying connected to the meaning and beauty in what we do, listening first and admitting what we don’t yet know, and welcoming diverse perspectives and possibilities. The current startup, venture capital, and early stage investment ecosystem currently leaves many minorities — including people of color, women and LGBTQ people — largely excluded. These communities are a vital aspect of the work we do, both in terms of those we serve and the team we are building. While we welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and identities, we strongly encourage application submissions from members of underrepresented and marginalized groups and communities.
