    Paid Volunteer Student Exchange Coordinator- Springfield, IL

    We are immediately seeking individuals for the Local Coordinator position who have experience in youth exchange and/or willing to be trained. Responsibilities include recruiting and screening volunteer host families, facilitating positive relationships with local schools, and supporting exchange students during their program in the United States.

    Requirements:

      • Have an enthusiastic and caring disposition
      • Be an excellent communicator
      • Have an interest in foreign cultures
      • Networking Skills & Approachable
      • Enjoy working with youth between 15 and 18 years of age
      • Must have a high school diploma and at least 5 years of post-high school work/life experience
      • Responsible
      • Have transportation

    Compensation & Travel Opportunities:

    This is considered a flexible part-time work-from-home position and is supplemental commission income. On average, a volunteer local coordinator who places 5 to 25 (academic year) students, earnings can range between $4,000-$30,000 annually to cover expenses as you support and guide the host families and students.

    Also, we want you to join us at our next training conference in the Spring of 2025 in Maricopa, Arizona! All you need to qualify is to make three student placements for the August 2025 school year and we will fly you to Arizona with a hotel stay at our expense for our annual convention. We have a lot of fun getting to know each other with great dinners, shows, nightlife, and amazing training!
