Antidote

At Antidote, our vision is a world where psychological manipulation is recognized as a public health concern and efforts are made, globally, to reduce its harmful effects. Antidote educates those most at risk and supports those who have been harmed by tactics of psychological manipulation.

We are building programs that provide direct services for those who need help leaving cults, hate groups, terrorist groups – both domestic and foreign – as well as various other situations in which psychological manipulation is being used to control the lives of its adherents.

Antidote sees the problem of psychological manipulation as a public health problem. Leaders and groups that take advantage of human vulnerability, by using psychologically controlling tactics, pose the gravest of human threats.
