    JOB DESCRIPTION

This role involves serving as a co-director alongside the current RRI Director to manage the New Harvest Netherlands entity and ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. Key responsibilities include supporting pre-competitive research, developing standards, and contributing to policy recommendations.

This role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and proficiency in Dutch is highly preferred.

    • Analyze and synthesize data and other information to make recommendations that will inform New Harvest’s strategy and future policy and standards for the field of cellular agriculture
    • Author scholarly papers, white papers, op-eds, press releases, and popular science articles that showcase the field’s need for open research and shared infrastructure.

Administer program and project budgets and secure ongoing funding.

    • Maintain program budgets and forecast funds available for future grants
    • Work with the Controller to develop program budgets and disburse and track funds
    • Build a Generosity Network with technical experts in the field and other stakeholders in the agri-food system.

    Operations and Compliance
