Summary: The Fundraising Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the success of City Park Conservancy’s fundraising, cultivation and community awareness events, along with overseeing sponsorship solicitation, cultivation, and tracking and fulfillment for those events. Under the direction of the Fundraising Events Manager, this role assists in coordinating fundraising and cultivation events in collaboration with staff, committee chairs, and volunteer leadership. Supports plans to identify, cultivate, solicit, and recognize event underwriters/sponsors and other event participants and provides staff support for relevant committees. Supports event logistics, vendor load-in and load-out, and supply procurement. The position also supports donor stewardship activities and builds relationships and familiarity with the community of supporters and partners.

While performing the duties of this job, activities take place both indoors and outdoors. The noise level in the work environment is usually normal for an outdoor environment, with occasionally elevated levels of sound during special events that may require the employee to shout to be heard above the ambient noise level.
