Direct prior experience with prison civil rights work would be helpful, but by no means necessary.

Job Duties:
We are looking for people who will bring diligence, creativity and compassion to their work and who share our values of working in a collaborative, client-centered environment to advance the public interest. This job will be based in Chicago. We currently operate under a hybrid schedule, with the general expectation of being in the office three days per week.
Depending on experience level, compensation starts at $100,000 per year plus significant bonuses, with full benefits, including fully paid employee and dependent health coverage and life insurance, employer-funded HRA accounts, and dental, vision and 401(k) plans, and generous time off.
