CLS is looking for a part-time (~10 hours per week) Manager of Capacity Building & Data (MCBD) to work on deliverables and projects our clients need. This person will conduct audits of client operational systems, research tools, systems, & resources for clients, draft recommendation reports, collect & analyze data, and tackle a variety of client-facing and behind-the-scenes tasks that will allow CLS to better serve our client organizations as they serve their communities. There will also be some internal administrative tasks assigned as needed to support CLS’ operations.

This position will be almost entirely remote with very occasional (optional) opportunities for in-person meetings and work events. Expected workload is 10 hours per week with the possibility of expansion in the future. Graduate students with an interest in consulting, nonprofit management, or business development are welcomed to apply. The position can be structured as a “paid internship” to fulfill graduate academic requirements. If more than 40 hours of client-facing work are called for in a given month, MCBD will have the option to "opt in" to additional hours for that month OR hold a "cap" of 40 hours if other constraints limit their time.
