Board Treasurer

Join the Tikondane Foundation Board and Make a Difference in Katete, Zambia!

The Tikondane Foundation is seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our board, with a specific need for a Treasurer. We're a 501(c)(3) non-profit supporting community-led initiatives in Katete, Zambia, currently focusing on critical water access projects during a severe drought.

Treasurer responsibilities include:

• Oversee and provide expertise on financial reporting and tracking systems
• File yearly financial reports with the State of Oregon and IRS
• Contribute creative ideas and see them through from start to finish
• Collaborate with our partners in Zambia, offering support and advice

We're looking for board members who:

• Are passionate about empowering communities in Zambia
• Have strong cross-cultural communication skills
• Are proactive team players with a "go-getter" attitude
• Can commit about 10 hours/week to this volunteer position
