    The Huntington African American Museum (HAfAm) is a 501c3 nascent organization that is poised to be one of the largest museums of it's kind in the area. The Huntington African American Museum's mission is to preserve, interpret, and celebrate the rich cultural heritage and history of African Americans in the Huntington area and beyond. The museum aims to educate the public about the contributions and experiences of African Americans through exhibitions, educational programs, and community outreach initiatives. By fostering an understanding and appreciation of African American culture and history, the museum seeks to promote diversity, inclusion, and social justice within the community.
