$22.13 - $26.45 per hour; DOE

General Description:
In alignment with the NWRESD’s mission statement, this Behavior Assistant position will serve students ranging from K-12th grade who experience social, emotional, and behavioral-learning needs. This position will support the implementation of individualized behavior support plans, collect data needed to complete functional behavior assessments and progress monitoring. This position requires behavior intervention skills such as proactive strategies, reinforcement, and de-escalation.
