PSRs, PA&EDs, PS&Es, right-of-way appraisals, acquisitions, and relocation construction management for public agency clients. Over the years, we have developed exceptional experience and expertise, having engineered, and obtained environmental compliance on over 3,000 infrastructure projects, including over 2,000 federally funded projects. Dokken works almost exclusively with public agencies, including cities, counties, municipal and joint agencies. Many of our staff have experience working directly with and previously for local agencies or resource agencies, such as Caltrans, FHWA, and the U.S. and CA Department of Fish & Wildlife.
