  • About Us

Project Feast envisions food as a catalyst for bringing refugees, immigrants and the broader community together to celebrate our diversity.

Project Feast is a start-up nonprofit founded in 2013 that empowers refugees and immigrants through pathways to employment in the food industry. We are also a platform for deep and meaningful intercultural exchange thus benefiting the broader community. We are based in Kent, WA. Ubuntu Street Cafe is powered by our culinary apprenticeship program.

We strive to be community driven and care about equity, being solution oriented, doing our best and expecting the same of others, and to seek a balance between social, environmental and financial sustainability.
