  • About Us

The Parkinson’s Association of Los Angeles works to increase public awareness of Parkinson’s disease, improve the quality of neurological care for patients, and assist physicians and researchers in finding a cure for the disease. The Association offers educational and financial assistance to support groups that provide essential resources to patients, caregivers, and families, and holds community events that educate the public on Parkinson’s and other movement disorders. Quarterly meetings for primary care physicians and neurologists organized by the Association are designed to foster collaborative research and working relationships among those involved in the care of Parkinson’s patients.
