A Day in the Life
What are three things you love and three things you find challenging or frustrating about your work?
Love:
1.  Working with teenagers
2.  Developing programs and ideas
3.  Making a difference

Challenging or frustrating:
1.  Being patient with staff

What is the most important task on your desk right now?
Helping several young adults find summer employment; making sure they can attend a health clinic we have scheduled for them.

What drives you to do this work? What makes you want to get out of bed every morning?
At the end of every day there is at least one person who is a bit happier, more confident, or in a better position because of the work I did to help him or her.

How often do you "dress up" for work? Describe the culture of your organization.
A professional appearance, but not suits or "corporate-wear."
