What drives you to do this work? What makes you want to get out of bed every morning?
Our country promises that everybody has the right to pursue their goals, yet we are not equally preparing all of our citizens to do that. I want to get out of bed every morning to ensure that my students are getting what they deserve
from an American public education.

I wear a tie and shirt every day. Our culture could be described as professional.
