I'm a recent MBA grad with a background in International and Community Development. With 2 years of Peace Corps and 1 year of VISTA service under my belt I understand the important role volunteers have as agents of hope and change. As a former Federal Employee in a smaller International Development Organization and public sector consultant I also understand how government programs are generally incapable of meeting the demands of our global environment.
