Description:
Volunteer program to promote the Maya Culture and Eco-Travel ideas that support the Mayan rural communities in the Chichen Itza region, Yucatan, Mexico.
The Maya Foundation In Laakeech needs volunteer writers to create articles about eco-travel activities and cultural information to promote green awareness for travelers and local people.
Computer skills and English writing skills a must; we welcome volunteers that can write in other languages and can upload eco-travel sustainable articles in our webpages as in other websites. Wildlife flora and fauna articles are also a focus of this program which does not require traveling to our social work field. Volunteers can work from home and support our social work, eco-cultural goals, the Maya cultural traditionas, and sustainable travel vision.
