Description:

Threads of Peru Tour
The TOP Tour is a 14 Day adventure, which has been designed to give you a greater insight into Peru and the Andean weaving world. This trip will take you from Lima, to the islands of Lake Titicaca, to the remote high mountain communities and to the ruins of the ancient city, Machu Picchu. It's a fun trip with a weaving emphasis, where you'll find yourself exploring Peru on foot, in a car, on a train, on a boat, in an airplane, and even on a bicycle.

“You can get a lot of information through pictures, videos and books, but there is absolutely no substitute for the experience of really being there yourself. Make the trip.”

You will be accompanied by one of the founding members of the NGO 'Threads of Peru', who act as the Tour Leader for your trip, ensuring that all those little bumps and hassles of international travel are smoothed over and made easier for you. Whilst they are accompanying your tour, they can provide greater insight and an added perspective on all that you will discover.
