PROSPECTIVE GRADUATE STUDENTS
At the fair, you will have an opportunity to meet graduate admissions representatives from various programs to discuss professional development through graduate education. You will also have a chance to attend a free information session offering advice on graduate degree options, the application process, financial aid, and deciding when to attend graduate school after spending time in the working world.

At the fair, you will have an opportunity to meet global social-change leaders and offer advice on graduate degree options, the admissions process, and financial aid. You will also have a chance to promote your program to prospective graduate students and to other graduate admissions representatives.

REGISTRATION Registration for graduate admissions recruiters is OPEN.
The cost to attend this fair is $395. You have 45 days after registering to make payment. You have an option to pay online with a credit card or by sending a check.
REMINDERS
- Recruiters will have access to the venue one hour before the fair begins.
- Each registered program, arranged alphabetically by university and then by school, will have one table (typically three by six feet) and two chairs.
- We prefer you do not plan on having access to electricity nor the internet at the fair.
- We will provide a light, self-service dinner and have water brought to your table before and during the event.

THE CAPITAL BUSINESS CENTER HANDLES ALL RECEIVING AND SHIPPING OF PACKAGES FOR THE WASHINGTON CONVENTION CENTER. If you are sending materials to the convention center, you must fill out this form and you must fax it to 202.289.0299 prior to the event.
*Indicate the name of the event (IDEALIST.ORG GRADUATE DEGREE FAIR) and the delivery date, time, and location (SEPTEMBER 21, 2009/ 12:00 NOON/ HALL C).

- 1 to 8 boxes = $25 per box
- 9 or more boxes = $20 per box

CANCELLATION POLICY
We have limited space at the fairs and these fill up very quickly. We appreciate knowing about cancellations as soon as possible so we can offer your table to a school on the waiting list and give them enough lead time to make last-minute staffing and travel arrangements.
Cancellations must be made before September 1, 2009, in order to receive a full refund. Those made on or after September 1, 2009, will receive a 50 percent refund of the total cost. We will only accept written requests for cancellations - should you need to cancel your registration for this fair, please send us an email at gradfairs@idealist.org. Please put "Table Cancellation in Washington, DC" in the subject line.
