What does the whole process look like?

Answer:

The process is really easy, below are a few simple steps to follow:


  1. Register for the project. You will receive an email with the names of the organizations that have been assigned to you and some helpful tips on how to get started with the project.
  2. Click the link next to each organization’s name to open the Contact Info Update Form for that specific organization.
  3. Perform a quick online search for the organization's current contact information. We will provide tips and suggestions for searching online as well as a sample telephone script if you choose to call the organization for more information.
  4. Fill out the Contact Info Update Form with the new contact email, the name of the new contact person, and mark the appropriate option in the “Organizational Status” field.
  5. Submit the Form. You have completed the process for your first organization. Move on to complete the same steps for the rest of your organizations.
  6. After you finish the list of organizations, please contact us here to let us know you have completed your task. At this point, you could also request a new list of organizations if you wish to continue helping out!
