What is a “permalink”?

A Permalink is a web URL that does not change and can be sent to anyone. On Idealist you cannot send people the address in the Address Bar for a listing you wish to share. You can, however, copy the Permalink that is located at the bottom of each listing and send that to other users. Please note, when an organization removes the listing or the listing expires, the link will no longer work.
