What is the “Organization Status” field for?

It is important for us to know if the organization still exists or not. Therefore, choose the option Organization in operation only when you have found the new contact information for the organization. Choose Contact info not found if you were unable to find any new contact information for the organization, but you are unsure if they are still in operation. Some organizations have little to no web presence, so just because you do not find any contact information, does not necessarily mean that the organization no longer exists. Choose Organization no longer exists only if you find concrete evidence that the organization has closed and is no longer in existence.
