I am highly interested in working with environmental or sustainable groups/ businesses in areas such as research, public relations, education, writing, or interpretation. In the past I worked as a communications and publications consultant at Pronatura, Mexico's largest and most respected environmental NGO.
Among my responsibilities there I organized events, translated/interpreted, headed forums on climate change, developed a volunteer program, and covered my own global eco-news section in the organization's bimonthly editorial (just to mention a few). After working for Pronatura I moved to Seattle WA, where I've been interning for the USA Foundation. I've assisted Green Real Estate and Green Building courses for a couple semesters, as well as been preparing myself to teach my first Agent Green class this summer, a course designed to teach real estate agents how to sell green buildings by learning important details about the investment's economic, ecologic, and health benefits.
I graduated in 2006 with a BA in Humanities from the liberal arts institute, Soka University (Aliso Viejo, CA). My education and work experience combined has opened my eyes to the vast opportunities existing for change and improvement over humanity's disassociation with nature.

Now I am also considering to move back to CA, meaning this transition point of looking for a satisfying job will help me decide that better.
