A strong commitment to the welfare of children and their families. The highest priority is to provide each child with a healthy family environment on a permanent basis. Toward that end, the Association will provide a broad spectrum of services which foster healing and promote the emotional well-being of children and families. The Association will advocate for child welfare in every venue necessary to accomplish this mission.

Services: family, individual, and group counseling, substance abuse counseling, adoption, fostercare, respite, family group decision making, independent living program, parent aide services, marriage and communication, residential, model court, etc.
