This 60 minute webinar is designed for experienced individuals who are looking to find meaningful nonprofit jobs. We discuss ways to use Idealist tools and other resources in your job searches.

Topics include:

  • Nonprofit HR and hiring practices
  • "I know what to do to clean this place up!" and other pitfalls you need to change ASAP
  • Talking the talk and walking the walk: for-profit, nonprofit, and government work cultures
  • Transferable skills, passions, and community experience

Participants will receive a handout with an overview of resources to help experienced professionals navigate this transition.
