About Us
The Scholarship Academy (TSA,) is a non-profit scholarship preparatory program that uses a series of curriculum-based activities to teach low-income, first generation students how to combine the principles of leadership, scholarship and civic engagement to successfully navigate the financial aid system.
TSA students learn how to negotiate their financial aid packages, manage their financial awards, and independently navigate the private scholarship market beyond our support. TSA offers tools that reduce debt and increase the likelihood of graduation. Ultimately, our goal is to use education as a means to close the equity gap and eliminate cycles of poverty in our nation's poorest communities
