Under the "Sustaining Your Work" tab of our Community Action Center (CAC), we’ve listed resources that can help maintain and build the momentum from your meeting—everything from advice on funding your work to ideas for recognizing your participants.

We’d love to hear your feedback on how we can help improve the Start-up Meeting process. Following each Start-up Meeting week, we’ll do two things: send you a survey asking how your meeting went and invite you to participate in a conference call where we’ll debrief the meetings. Please plan to fill out the survey or join one of the calls.
